I just got back into pokemon after 3 generations worth of absence. And i just realized something: I loved a lot of the old pokemon BECAUSE they looked so stupid and dumb! That was just appealing to me. Like when i ran into that um...pokemon that looked like keys, here's how it went:
"a key pokemon? That's so stupid!...I wanna catch it"
Hey ~Vulpimo everybody can have their own opinion okay? Stop trying to act like your opinion matters the most and that others shouldn't have a different one.Okay whatever you don't like the new pokemon well guess what?I DON'T FLIPPING CARE!!!.Can't we just all get along? I guess not....
Another one? Ok, let me explain REALLY slow. It's not about the opinion, it's about how they take their opinions for facts and how naive these opinions are. And it's about people raised in a pigpen who call me a 'despicable human being' for trying to explain simple stuff to them since they can't think for themselves cause it's too fking hard, not to mention the fact that for speaking like that to an adult, they should get beaten with a belt. Seriously, XXI century, nobody can raise a fking kid who would know how to behave? Is that too hard for their parents? So, someone can shove their opinions down my throat it's ok and when I try to explain it to them why this is bullshit they act like fking pigs and that's all good too? Then no, we can't get along.
I actually disliked all the Pokemon here except for Litwick (mainly because his evolutions are fucking awesome) and Ghastly (Same reason, awesome evolutions). I agree with you, though. All generations had their crappy and good pokemon, some having more than others, but none of them were really perfect and it's all a matter of opinion. I just wish these Genwunners would stop shoving their opinions down everybody's throats.
But there is a major difference in quality. Even Muk looked beautiful when compared to new 'pokemon'. And when Pokemon got about 4-5 ugly ones out of 151, the 'pokemon-alike-piecesofcrap' have about 90% of crap and 2-3 plausible creations.
Are you seriously starting an internet argument and you're calling us children, you're the one whose a child for starting arguments with people online, that's just stupid and immature. It's very simple, if you don't like the new pokemon then don't play any of the games simple as that, don't be messing with the fans who accept the new pokemon just because you don't like them.
Also Muk is just a pile of sludge with eyes and a mouth, what's creative about that? That's about as basic, unoriginal, and unappealing a monster design can get or best of all a pokemon whose a pokeball with eyes who evolves into an upside down pokeball with eyes and a mouth. Face it, every pokemon generation, even gen 1, has its share of badly designed pokemon, not 3 - 5 out of 151 are bad. There's more then that
'Are you seriously starting an internet argument' -Nope.
'that's just stupid and immature' -yup, but that's not me starting, so thanks.
'Face it, every pokemon generation, even gen 1, has its share of badly designed pokemon, not 3 - 5 out of 151 are bad.' -Nope, about 6-7. And they're still better than most of gen 4-5 in which about 70% are pathetic.
